The typical shelf life of unrefined shea butter is approximately 24 months (2 years) from the date of production and packaging. This is an approximate shelf life and may vary depending on storage conditions and the temperature it is exposed to. ✔ 100g of our African black soap can last from 3 months up to 1 year, depending on how frequently you use it. It has a long shelf life and can last for several years. However, it is important to store it in a dry place to avoid exposure to moisture. As long as the soap lathers properly and does not show signs of mold or rancidity, it will remain effective.

  Exfoliating “kotsa” sponge – what is it?

  Kotsa, pronounced ko-cha, is the material used to make the sponge. In Ghana, it has been used for generations and is made from natural fibers of the “saporyaa” plant.
