Africana Skincare’s greatest asset is our clients, therefore, we have tried to define sales and return conditions that meet your needs.


All the products available at www.africanaskincare.com contain a description and indicative images of the product, but since they are natural products, they may have small variations or imperfections.

We are always at your disposal to answer any questions or for any suggestion in the email info@africanaskincare.com. Help us to improve!


All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If when placing the order we do not have a product in stock, we will inform you of it as soon as possible, and we will refund any amount you have paid for it. In addition, we will try to inform you of the date on which it is estimated that there will be stock again.


To place an order, the CLIENT must complete it via the Internet, through the website www.africanaskincare.com and must provide the personal data that is requested. When placing the order, the CLIENT fully accepts the prices, the description of the products for sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specified in the order itself.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, with the details of the order, as well as the corresponding invoice.


The CLIENT can choose between the following payment methods:

  • With a bank card.
  • With PayPal.

All orders that have not been paid within 48 hours of placing the order will be canceled. Orders will not be processed until we have received the amount in our bank account.


Prices appear in Euros and include value added tax (VAT) in Spain unless otherwise indicated. They do not include shipping.


You can return any defective or damaged product within 15 business days from the date of receipt in its original packaging and unused, freight prepaid, indicating if you want a replacement, refund or another product.

You can return any new, unused product that does not satisfy you within 15 business days from the date of receipt in its original packaging with postage at your expense, indicating if you want a replacement, refund or another product.

If due to transport you receive the shipment with some type of damage to its packaging, you can reject it directly, or accept it by recording the damage and contact us at info@africanaskincare.com to receive return, refund or replacement instructions.

Shipping Policy

International shipping from Ghana, Africa.

One of our goals is to minimise our carbon footprint and at the same time reduce the cost of our shipments around the world. For this reason, we allow you to decide which type of shipping is best suited to your situation: express or long-term.

  • Our international express shipments are made by DHL: € 23 for countries in the EU, England and the US. Your package will be delivered in 3-4 business days.
  • Our long-term option is offered to offer lower shipping costs. We send these orders – via cargo plane – the first week of the month directly to our warehouse in Spain. Once the order arrives in Spain, we use the Spanish national post, Correos, to make the shipment. Your package will be delivered in a maximum of 6-7 weeks.
