150g of our African Black Soap can have a durability of 3 months - 1 year, depending on how often you use it. It has a long shelf life, often lasting several years. However, it's important to store it in a dry place. As long as the soap lathers properly, is not moldy, and has not gone rancid it will should still be effective.
Kotsa, pronounced ko-cha, is the material from which the sponge is made. In Ghana, it has been used for generations, made from natural fibers from the saporyaa plant.
